Upload a photo and the artwork appears in about half a minute, on the pendant, with their name. If it isn’t them, we draw it again, before any money moves.

Approve the artwork
Have it redrawn, adjust the framing, choose the lettering. It isn’t finished until you say it’s them.
It’s engraved
Laser-marked permanently into steel. It cannot fade, peel or wash off the way a print does.
Line, not shading.
A laser either marks the metal or it doesn’t; there is no grey. So the portrait is drawn in line, the way an engraver would, instead of faking tone the steel cannot hold.
It is a drawing of your pet, not a photograph of one. We’d rather show you that up front than have you discover it in the post.
If the engraving ever fades, we replace it.

- What if it doesn’t look like my pet?
- Then it isn’t finished. You see the artwork before you pay, and you can have it drawn again.
- What kind of photo works best?
- One pet, head and face clearly visible, good light, in focus. Old phone photos are usually fine.
- My pet has passed away. Can you still do it?
- Yes. That is why we work from a photo instead of an ink kit.
- Will the engraving fade?
- No. It is marked into the steel, not printed on top, and it is guaranteed for as long as you own the piece. If it ever lifts, we replace it.
- How long does it take?
- Each piece is made to order: 2–5 business days to make, then 2–5 business days of tracked shipping within the US.
- Can I return it?
- Because every piece is engraved for one person and approved by you before we make it, we can’t take change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we remake it or refund you. Refund policy
